... on Vacufit for fitness

I heard about Vacufit Toning Zone while training with the local ladies GAA.  At first, I was sceptical…but now I am a firm believer. My biggest problem was as I am in my late twenties my fitness level had dropped and the younger girls on the team were really showing me up. I joined along with two other team members and I am delighted to say that my fitness level is back to what it was ten year ago. I found the 30 minutes flew by and could fit it in before work as they open early. It is a great facility and I am hooked..I’ve been Vacufitted!
